Essential Cabin Refresh

Classic Interior

A structured interior service designed to restore cabin cleanliness, comfort and everyday presentation without adding work the vehicle does not need.

Service Overview

Care tailored to your vehicle.

Classic Interior is the essential CARJAX cabin-care pathway. It is intended for vehicles that need a complete, organised refresh rather than a quick surface wipe, while remaining more focused than the deeper Premium Interiors Germkleen route.

The service works across the main cabin touchpoints and visible surfaces: loose dirt is removed, mats and suitable textiles receive deeper attention, vents and seating are cleaned, and plastics, vinyl, rubber and door panels are finished according to material condition.

Before work begins, the team checks staining, wear, loose trim, leather condition and roof-lining stability. Existing damage is recorded because age, dye transfer, permanent discolouration or weakened adhesive can limit how far a surface can be safely improved.

How the Service Works

A clear sequence from inspection to handover.

We inspect the vehicle first, then match each treatment to its materials, condition and your chosen package.

1

Inspect and record

The team reviews the vehicle condition, material types, contamination, previous repair work and the finish expected by the owner before finalising the scope.

2

Prepare each area

Loose contamination is removed first and sensitive surfaces are identified. This creates a safer base for deeper cleaning, correction or finishing work.

3

Complete the treatment

The approved interior, exterior or focused-service steps are carried out in a controlled sequence using methods appropriate to each surface.

4

Inspect and hand over

The completed areas are reviewed under suitable lighting, finishing residue is removed and the owner receives practical maintenance guidance.

Realistic Benefits

What the service is designed to improve

  • Cleaner seating and floor areas.
  • More consistent dashboard and door-panel presentation.
  • Attention to commonly missed vents and luggage space.
  • Conditioning for suitable leather surfaces.
  • A practical baseline for routine cabin care.
Condition Matters

Before your appointment

  • Permanent stains, burns, tears and failed headliner adhesive are repair issues, not normal cleaning outcomes.
  • Electronic controls and delicate trims are treated according to accessibility and condition.
  • Odour removal may require a separate sanitisation or AC treatment.
  • Final scope is confirmed after the cabin inspection.
Aftercare

Maintain the finish with the right routine.

Allow treated fabric, carpet and roof-lining areas to settle and dry as advised at handover. Avoid placing wet objects on recently cleaned seats or carpets, and remove new spills promptly instead of allowing them to set into the material.

Use gentle interior cleaners and clean microfibre cloths for routine upkeep. Harsh household chemicals, heavy fragrance sprays and oily dashboard dressings can leave residue or change the appearance of plastics, leather and controls.

Frequently asked questions

Find answers about package inclusions, vehicle condition and ongoing care.

Does the service include the trunk?

Yes. The listed Classic Interior scope includes vacuum cleaning of the luggage compartment along with the main cabin.

Is leather conditioning included?

Conditioning is included for suitable leather seat surfaces. The team first checks the material and existing finish because not every seat covering should receive the same product.

Will every stain disappear?

No fixed result should be assumed. Improvement depends on the contaminant, material, age, previous chemicals and whether the colour or fibre has been permanently changed.

When should I choose Premium Interiors instead?

Choose the Premium pathway when deeper decontamination, seat-belt and pedal work, hinge detailing, extra control-area attention or a more complete cabin reset is needed.
